What is the lead time on your molded covers?
The lead time varies on what you order. Typically, the lead times are very short and can have units out within a few weeks or less.
Are your custom buildings engineer certified?
They can be. Our buildings are custom so each one will have to be individually certified.
What kind of accessories can we add to a custom building?
We have a wide variety of choices to choose from. We have fans, shutters, lights, panic hardware, sound foam, load centers, receptacles, switches, heaters, thermostats, hoods, and etc...
What kind of warranty do you offer and what does it cover?
Our standard warranty is for 1 year. We have the option to warranty for 2, 5, 10, and even 25 years.
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. DFI shall not be responsible or liable for conditions caused by normal wear and tear, abnormal use, neglect or damage caused by mishandling.
What colors are available?
Our standard color is white. Different color options are available and can be quoted when you need pricing.
What is the insulation value of your covers and buildings?
The insulation value of our covers is R-14 to R-19.
The insulation value of our buildings is approximately R-20+. This depends on perforations for accessories needed.
