Not every building we make requires specialized modifications. Some are pretty 'normal', like this one. Note that this building is overwide; remember that overwide shipments will require special permits and possibly even an escort, increasing your freight costs. (On the other hand, it may still be cheaper for you to receive it assembled like this than to assemble it yourself. Some buildings, of course, are simply too big to ship assembled and must be received disassembled.)
