This is a multi-compartment storage building. Normally, a single door for each compartment would have been enough, but the customer had a specific requirement for this arrangement. The building is about to be fork-lifted onto a flatbed trailer waiting outside. To the right of the single-door is a lightswitch with a weatherproof cover.
