This building will be put over a large backflow preventer; if you check near the very bottom of the right-hand side, you can see the small drain. Usually, the backflows we're asked to cover are considerably smaller than this, and require only one of our molded covers. But, sometimes only a custom building will do the trick. DFI will work with you to make sure you aren't paying for a larger building or cover than you really need.
